Wedding Seating Chart Printable, Free PDF
Ushers and wedding planners hang a seating chart near the reception entrance so guests find their table without crowding the doorway. This layout stacks eight labeled tables on one page, eight blank seat lines per table, ready for handwritten names.
Nothing uploads — download happens on your device. Use the controls below to add tables, change seats per table, or switch to A4 paper.
Estimate bar quantities with our wedding alcohol calculator when you plan the bar menu.
