Avery 8160 Label Template, 30 Per Sheet
Avery 8160 is the inkjet-pack version of the standard 30-up address layout — thirty 1×2⅝-inch labels on a letter sheet. If your box says 8160, you want a template that matches that die cut, not a generic mailing grid.
Compatible with Avery 5160 address labels sheets. Each label measures 30 labels per sheet, each 2.625 × 1 in (66.7 × 25.4 mm). Repeat mode prints the same return address on every label. Set Start at label when you are finishing a partially used sheet. Compatible with Avery 8160, 5160, and 5960 — the same geometry across laser, inkjet, and clear packs.
If you usually open a blank Avery template in Microsoft Word, you can use this page instead: type or paste here, download the print-ready PDF, and print at 100% with Fit to page off. Word's label options use the same die-cut measurements listed on the Avery box. What you type stays in your browser — we never see it. Print one test sheet on plain paper and hold it against your label stock before using adhesive sheets.
Outlines are shown here to help you see the layout. They will not print unless you turn them on.
